10835NAT – Diploma of Organisational Coaching

This course is intended to provide participants with a range of knowledge, and skills to perform the following job roles:
• internal workplace coach;
• workplace coaching practitioner;
• executive coach;
• other specialist coaching roles related to leading a culture of coaching in the organisation.
Function/duty/specialist skills include the ability to:
• design and implement a coaching culture within an organisation that enables the organisation workforce strategy;
• design and implement coaching programs in the workplace that drive people capability;
• apply transformational coaching models across a range of workplace scenarios and across a range of mediums;
• coach senior or executive level individuals and prepare a range of documentation to support the executive coaching program;
• calculate return on investment and apply measurements of the success of coaching programs within the workplace;
• manage the organisational boundaries between coaching and other forms of support (for example, Mental Health First Aid);
• meet the competency requirements to be able to apply for an appropriate level of credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF); and
• reflect on personal leadership skills use the reflection to identify and implement professional development.
