10825NAT – Advanced Diploma of Rudolf Steiner Education

This course is intended to provide participants with a range of knowledge and skills to perform the following functions associated with Steiner education:
• Graduates of the Advanced Diploma who are already registered teachers in their state are qualified to teach in a Steiner School immediately upon completion of this qualification.
• The Advanced Diploma is recognized through its pathways to the Australian Catholic University and Charles Darwin University who offer credit points toward a Bachelor of Education. Upon completion of the Bachelor of Education, graduates are qualified to teach in both Steiner primary or State/Independent primary schools around Australia.
• Graduates who have not yet completed a teaching degree are qualified to work as Class Teacher Aides, Specialist Subject Teachers (Foreign language, Craft etc), in Child Care Centres, and in Administration in Steiner Schools where an understanding of the educational philosophy is required.
