This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge and skills in a range of Management, Wellbeing, Human Resources, Community, Education and Coaching roles, at leadership level.

Graduates at this level will have technical and theoretical knowledge as positive psychology practitioners. It qualifies individuals who apply integrated technical and theoretical concepts in the area of wellbeing which applies across a wide range of work, community and individual settings, including functions associated with:
• Determining current wellbeing state. desired state and developing plans to achieve goals for self and other individuals, teams and organisations
• Acting as a role model for others
• Using high level leadership and communication skills
• Critically analysing and responding to a diverse range of situations
• Building relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to source information and conduct research and analysis relevant to establish the current well being state of an individual, team or organisation
• Ability to research information and communicating information with others

Graduates will be able to apply positive psychology interventions within their current job roles as an additional tool kit to their existing workplace situations, in order to increase individual, team and organisational wellbeing.
