11102NAT - Diploma of Payroll Management

This qualification develops the skills and knowledge of Payroll Managers across all industries. Graduates will possess the skills and knowledge required to establish a payroll system, process and report payroll taxation requirements, prepare budgets and forecasts of revenue and expense estimates, adhere to and manage payroll compliance, lead financial audits, and implement strategies to manage own work, and that of a team.

Graduates will develop research skills to ensure current and up to date taxation and legislative are adhered to. They will often work autonomously or be in charge of a team. They will apply initiative in order to co-ordinate their own work as well as lead and assist others.
