Organisational frontline leaders, managers and high potential team members will:
• Understand the required skills and knowledge to instil a safety leadership culture within their workplace
• Know how to role model and monitor required safety leadership behaviours
• Understand how to manage psychological safety hazards in the workplace
• Manage contractor engagement and compliance across all work sites to actively reduce risk
• Effectively execute organisational wide consultation and participation processes
• Embed lead and lag safety cultural indicators to measure cultural effectiveness
• Monitor and review cultural shifts and adapt as required.
