10816NAT - Certificate III in Work Skills for Career Enhancement and Management

This course is intended to provide participants with a range of knowledge, and work skills necessary for any workplace. Graduates will be able to perform the following functions across all industry sectors and ultimately enhance their own career:
• Communicate and relate to others in a manner that promotes cooperation and workplace harmony
• Act with discretion and judgement in all facets of their work role
