The Certificate IV in Indigenous Leadership builds on current leadership knowledge, skills and abilities and further develops leadership practices. The qualification assists students to identify their own strengths to plan their leadership journeys and engage in using tools and skills to continue their leadership development.
The qualification therefore, provides graduates with the ability to seek and obtain leadership and/or management roles in a diverse range of industries. These industries include: government agencies; non-government agencies; business sectors; community organisations; and retail industries.
