This qualification describes the skills and knowledge for management roles in sports turf. Job roles include senior curators/arena managers, golf course superintendents, sports turf managers, racetrack managers, senior bowling greenkeepers and turf consultants. It applies to individuals who are responsible for the management of sports turf facilities and who analyse information and exercise judgement to complete a range of advanced skilled activities and demonstrate deep knowledge in specific technical areas. They have accountability for the work of others and analyse, design and communicate solutions to a range of complex problems.
