PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop.
Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance and requires a down payment.
On pre-order, we give customers availability-guarantee and sure item stock for them.
Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Orders.

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Down payment OR full payment is required & should be made via Bank Deposit. For down-payment – 50% of item price.
2. Balance payment to be paid once item/s arrived before shipping.
3. Estimated Date of Arrival: But we can assure a maximum of 120 -days arrival, (this does not apply to any resources that are NOT currently being written)
4. Cancellation: Ordered items are considered sold. Down payments are not refundable & can not be exchanged for other tools/items/services.
5. When ordered items arrive. Buyers have 2 weeks to settle their unpaid balance. Or we have the right to sell the item to other interested buyers. No refund policy applies.
6. Orders without any payment made will be automatically cancelled. (After 21 days)
7. All pre-order items are considered SOLD & FINAL: no returns/exchange/ cancellation after payment is made.
8. 10. Annual Fee for Printing and Online Use – As part of the Copyright Act of 1968 Real Learning Solutions will invoice the client on the anniversary of the purchase an amount of $100 inc. GST (for levels I to IV) and $250 inc. GST (for levels 8 and over).

You agree that any such court shall have personal jurisdiction over you for purposes of any such judgement.

You agree that the cost of mediation and any subsequent arbitration as described above shall be split equally between you and Real Learning Solutions Pty Ltd.

Should mediation or arbitration as described herein not take place or not completely resolve a dispute for any reason, you agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of our Web site or our products shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Queensland, Australia, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
